Jerry’s journey into construction started at a young age, but so did his passion for discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Growing up, he was actively involved in school activities and athletics, staying engaged since middle school through both academic programs and competitive sports. Outside the classroom, he played on travel soccer teams in Virginia, sharpening his skills and building the perseverance that would later define his entrepreneurial path.
At the same time, Jerry was introduced to construction firsthand. Every weekend, he worked alongside his father and brother at his dad’s company, G.R.G. Development, learning the value of hard work and earning his first paychecks on the job site. Those early experiences taught him responsibility, attention to detail, and the pride of building something meaningful with his own hands.
At a young age, Jerry was also selected to play with the Pachuca Youth Academy (“Cantera Tuzos”) in Mexico, one of the most respected development systems in Latin American soccer. Back in Virginia, he continued his athletic career as a varsity soccer player at Potomac High School and later went on to compete with the NOVA Nighthawks, representing Northern Virginia at a higher level of competition. These experiences instilled in him the values of discipline, teamwork, and persistence, qualities that now shape his leadership style at Off Limits.
After graduating high school in 2014, Jerry pursued a degree in Web Design and Development Career Studies at Northern Virginia Community College. This educational background gave him a unique edge, blending hands-on construction experience with modern technology, digital tools, and business operations.
That same year, Jerry and his brother Roberto founded Off Limits Contractors LLC with a bold vision: to bring craftsmanship to life while building trust and lasting relationships with their clients. What began as a small masonry service quickly grew into a respected general contracting firm specializing in masonry restoration, tuckpointing, concrete, site preparation, demolition, framing, and finishing work throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
As CEO, Jerry blends field expertise with entrepreneurial vision. Each year, he delivers $2–3 million in services across Washington, DC and surrounding areas. Projects typically range from $20,000 residential restorations to $250,000+ commercial builds—reflecting the trust clients place in the company’s craftsmanship, reliability, and capacity. He is deeply committed to ensuring that every project reflects precision, quality, and innovation, while also keeping Off Limits rooted in its family-owned values and client-focused approach.
Beyond Off Limits, Jerry has expanded into entrepreneurial ventures including junk removal & demolition services, real estate investing, and property development, reflecting his drive to create long-term opportunities for his family and community.
Jerry’s vision is simple but powerful: to continue growing Off Limits Contractors into a premier construction firm in the region, while staying true to the company’s foundation of craftsmanship, trust, and family values.
